Welcome to the ASLM 2026 Ambassador Campaign Content Submission Portal. This platform ensures that all submitted promotional and educational materials align with the conference theme—"Integrated Diagnostics for Health Security: Investing for Sustainable Impact"—and adhere to official ASLM standards.

Mandatory Compliance Framework: All media elements must be processed, reviewed, and approved via this portal before public distribution. Unofficial communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups or direct emails) are not monitored for official clearances.

ASLM 2026 Thematic Tracks

Ensure your submission aligns with one or more of the seven official conference thematic tracks:

Track 1: Integrated Diagnostics & Emergency Preparedness One Health approach, laboratory network design, biosafety/biosecurity, and quality systems.
Track 2: AMR Diagnostics & Surveillance Detection, surveillance, One Health data systems, and supporting antimicrobial stewardship.
Track 3: Pathogen Genomics & Molecular Epidemiology Pandemic preparedness, early warning, bioinformatic capacity, and data sovereignty.
Track 4: Sustainable Financing, Workforce & Leadership Market shaping, regional manufacturing, workforce professionalization, and leadership.
Track 5: Artificial Intelligence, Digital Health & Data LIS/LIMS interoperability, digital pathology, predictive analytics, and ethical AI governance.
Track 6: Partnerships, Community Trust & Engagement Public-private partnerships, risk communication, social accountability, and community uptake.
Track 7: Climate-Resilient & Green Laboratory Systems Eco-friendly infrastructure, waste management, sustainable supply chains, and climate readiness.

Pre-Submission Checklist

  • Content directly aligns with at least one ASLM 2026 thematic track.
  • Accompanying text is accurate, evidence-based, and scientific.
  • Informed consent and visual rights are obtained for all depicted individuals.
  • Digital assets conform to standard resolution and frame format specifications.
  • Official campaign hashtags (e.g., #ASLM2026) are correctly embedded.

Submission Process

  1. Select Track: Map your campaign content to its corresponding thematic track.
  2. Upload Assets: Provide high-resolution source media files.
  3. Add Messaging: Include proposed captions, context copy, and relevant hashtags.
  4. Review Compliance: Confirm adherence to branding, ethical, and media guidelines.
  5. Submit: Lock and route your file to the Communications Team queue.

Brand & Ethics Compliance

  • Do not alter or display standalone ASLM logo assets without written authorization.
  • Submit only original media or content with verified licensing rights.
  • Ensure explicit written or recorded consent for field photography/videography.
  • Refrain from publishing unverified health claims or speculative statements.
  • Maintain neutrality; political statements or contentious discourse are prohibited.
  • Third-party corporate branding or sponsor logos require pre-approval.
Submissions failing to meet compliance criteria will be returned or rejected.

  • Video File: Standard MP4 container (H.264)
  • Square Format: 1080 × 1080 px
  • Portrait Format: 1080 × 1350 px
  • Vertical / Reels / Mobile: 1080 × 1920 px
  • LinkedIn Feed: 1200 × 627 px
  • X (Twitter) Feed: 1600 × 900 px

Next Steps & Approvals

Submissions will be evaluated by the editorial and technical team. You will receive notification confirming one of the following statuses:

  • Approved: Asset is cleared for scheduling and public dissemination.
  • 🔁 Revision Required: Modifiable adjustments or wording edits are requested.

Do not publish materials on personal or institutional channels prior to receiving formal approval.
